What is the other requirements in applying e-Visa . For example 3 months e-Visa . Is the name of employer needed?
Written by williamds@tdllawfirm.com

In addition, you cannot work in Vietnam for a Vietnamese company under this e-visa scheme. Thus, the requirement is that you cannot generate income for a Vietnamese employer in Vietnam. For that purpose, you would need a work visa with permit.
