To make sure that you will get your monies back, when you sign with the regional center, you need to sign the subscription agreement and the private placement memorandum, which specifies the company that you are investing in. The regional center should also provide the trust account information, the operating agreement for the investment vehicle, and also the banking information to transfer money.
How do we know if USCIS-approved?

What happens to my monies if my I-526 is not approved?
When your I-526 is not approved, if the regional center has a I-526 guarantee, then they will return all your EB5 investment amount back ($900,000 USD) and some will also return the administrative fees back as well. The timing is usually within 90 days after getting USCIS denial notice.
If I need to transfer money, what are some of the legal methods?
There are 2 legal methods that you can use to transfer money:
- License to transfer money abroad (if required by local authorities).
- Using a money transfer service.
