Gregory J. De Tolla, JD., has legal experience in the areas of intellectual property, business law, and dispute resolution. He worked for Touro Law Center’s Business and Not-for-Profit Clinic and continued to cultivate his skills at one of New York’s leading intellectual property firms, Carter, DeLuca, Farrell & Schmidt. Greg has advised clients on all phases of business formation, corporate structure, and taxation. He has guided clients through patent and trademark prosecution, enforcement issues, and the transfer of rights via licensing, purchase, and sale of IP ownership. In the court system, he began as a clerk in New York State District Court for the Honorable James A. McDonaugh. He then served as a legal fellow to the Honorable Sandra G. Sgroi of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department, one of the busiest appellate courts in the United States.
